Zerust ActivDri Capsule
The Zerust® ActivDri™ Capsule protects ferrous and aluminum metals in closed spaces. Uses Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI) to prevent corrosion and silica gel desiccant to combat moisture that affects metals and electronics. It is designed to protect large voids within critical items during shipping and storage.
Description
The Zerust® ActivDri™ Capsule features a durable coated steel cable to help insert and retrieve the drive from the center of an empty space. The cable attaches to the capsule at multiple points to provide a secure hold. When the protected item is ready for service or final assembly, simply remove the capsule.
Use Zerust® ActivDri™ Capsules to protect electronics, equipment and assets in corrosive environments, such as salt air, wastewater treatment plants or power plants. ActivDri™ corrosion inhibitors form an invisible shield that provides powerful protection against corrosion. The capsule reduces rust and corrosion, even in contaminated and difficult environments.
Do not place the capsule in direct contact with metals and test before use with copper and brass.
