The Zallys M4 is a compact walk-behind electric trolley mover designed to tow wheeled loads up to 3,000 kg. With a tight turning radius, pneumatic wheels, 5-speed adjustment, and 8-hour battery autonomy, it is ideal for moving industrial trolleys, hospital carts, roll-boxes, waste bins, and containers in tight indoor or outdoor spaces.

The Zallys M4 Electric Trolley Mover is designed for companies that need to move wheeled loads safely and efficiently without relying on manual pushing or pulling. Its compact and balanced walk-behind design allows it to rotate on itself, making it especially useful in narrow aisles, busy workspaces, warehouses, hospitals, logistics areas, and service environments where larger equipment may not fit.

With a towing capacity of up to 3,000 kg, the M4 is built for a wide range of trolley-moving applications, including industrial carts, hospital trolleys, roll-boxes, garbage bins, containers, and other wheeled loads. Its pneumatic wheels allow it to be used both indoors and outdoors, while the wide range of standard and customizable hooks makes it adaptable to different cart and container setups.

The M4 is equipped with two 96 Ah AGM batteries, providing enough autonomy for an 8-hour work shift. The batteries are sealed and maintenance-free, and the external high-frequency charger is designed for reliable charging with protection against harmful current peaks.

For operator comfort and control, the M4 includes an ergonomic tiller head with ignition key, LED battery/speed display, speed selector, horn, maintained-action travel controls, anti-crush safety button, and extra button slots for accessories. It also includes 5-speed adjustment, allowing operators to move slowly in tight spaces and faster over longer distances.

One of the M4’s useful features is its modular ballast system. Each ballast unit weighs 7 kg, allowing one operator to add or remove weight depending on the load and traction requirements without needing external lifting equipment.
