The Zallys M18 is a heavy-duty electric tug with hydraulic lifting, designed to tow loads up to 20,000 kg and lift up to 8,000 kg on flat ground. Built for two-wheel trailers and heavy industrial carts, it combines powerful towing capacity, hydraulic lifting, 8-hour battery autonomy, and compact maneuverability for safer material handling.

The Zallys M18 Electric Tug with Hydraulic Lift is designed for moving heavy two-wheel trailers, carts, and industrial structures that need to be lifted on one side before towing or pushing. Its hydraulic lifting system is controlled directly from the tiller head, allowing operators to lift and move heavy loads with less manual effort and more control.

With a towing capacity of up to 20,000 kg and a lifting capacity of up to 8,000 kg on flat ground, the M18 is built for demanding industrial environments where manual movement would be unsafe, slow, or impractical. It is especially useful for heavy two-wheel trolleys, metal components, paper converting operations, fabrication shops, and production environments that require controlled movement of large or awkward loads.

The M18 comes standard with four 240 Ah AGM batteries, giving it enough autonomy for an 8-hour work shift. The batteries are sealed AGM and maintenance-free, and the machine uses an external high-frequency charger for straightforward charging between shifts.

For operator control, the M18 includes 5-level speed regulation, allowing the driver to adjust movement based on the task, workspace, and load. It can also be fitted with standard or customizable hooks depending on the cart, trolley, or trailer being moved. Like other Zallys vehicles, the M18 is Made in Italy and CE certified for professional industrial use.
