The Zallys M16 is an electric tug with hydraulic lifting, designed to tow loads up to 6,000 kg and lift up to 1,800 kg on flat ground. Built for handling two-wheel trailers and heavy wheeled carts, the M16 combines compact maneuverability, hydraulic lifting, interchangeable battery packs, and 5-speed adjustment for safe, ergonomic material handling.

The Zallys M16 Electric Tug with Hydraulic Lifting is designed for moving heavy two-wheel trailers, carts, and wheeled loads that need to be lifted on one side before they can be pushed or towed. Its hydraulic lifting system allows the operator to raise the connected trailer or cart directly from the control head, making the movement safer and reducing the physical effort required from the operator.

With a towing capacity of up to 6,000 kg and a hydraulic lifting capacity of 1,800 kg, the M16 is suited for demanding material handling environments where manual movement would be unsafe or inefficient. It is especially useful for production facilities, logistics operations, industrial workshops, and any application involving heavy two-wheel carts or trailers.

The M16 is equipped with interchangeable 45 Ah AGM battery packs, allowing for extended operation and quick battery replacement during long shifts. It also uses an external high-frequency battery charger, helping keep the machine ready for repeated use throughout the workday.

The machine includes 5 adjustable speed levels, making it easier to control movement in tight spaces, busy work areas, or longer travel routes. A side-mounted micro-switch allows adjustment of the maximum lift height of the lifting arm, so the machine can be adapted to different trailer and trolley configurations.

Like other Zallys vehicles, the M16 is a Made in Italy, CE-certified electric tug designed for professional industrial use. It can also be fitted with standard or customizable hooks depending on the cart, trailer, or load being moved.
