Zallys M10 Heavy-Duty Electric Tug

The Zallys M10 is a heavy-duty industrial electric tug designed to tow extremely heavy wheeled loads up to 15,000 kg. Built for demanding industrial environments, it combines powerful towing capacity, electric tiller drive, pneumatic wheels, 5-level speed regulation, and optional ATEX / IECEx certification for hazardous environments.

The Zallys M10 Heavy-Duty Electric Tug is designed for moving the heaviest and most difficult wheeled loads with more control, safety, and precision. With a towing capacity of up to 15,000 kg on wheels, the M10 is the most powerful tug in this part of the Zallys range and is suited for industrial environments where manual handling, forklifts, or fixed towing systems may not be practical.

The M10 uses an electric tiller-driven design that allows operators to maneuver large and bulky loads with less physical effort. Zallys notes that the machine is especially useful for moving large metal components, heavy trolleys, buses along production lines, steel wagons, machinery, reels, and other extreme loads. Its electric brake remains active even when the power is off, helping keep the machine secure when not in use.

For long work shifts, the M10 comes standard with four 350 Ah AGM batteries, providing up to 8 working hours of continuous use. The batteries are sealed and maintenance-free, and the machine uses a high-frequency external battery charger designed to support reliable charging and protect battery performance.

The M10 is built for flexibility. It can be configured with different tow hitches, including manual pin, ball, multifunction, electric clamp, or hydraulic clamp options. It also includes side travel buttons that help the operator position the machine precisely when connecting to a trailer or trolley. For specialized environments, the M10 can also be ordered with ATEX and IECEx certification for use in potentially hazardous dust and gas environments.
