Crane Electronics is proud to offer the TCI Multi-Lineside Controller. The TCI (Tool Control Interface) Multi allows the user to connect up to five wrenches to be used in assembly production. The WrenchStar Multi can be connected to the TCI Multi with the push of a button.
Description
The TCI Multi allows easy administration, configuration and diagnosis of itself through web browsers. The TCI Multi lineside controller can be used independently and jobs can be selected and results sent to a PC or web page. The unit accepts open protocol commands over Ethernet to select a job for use with the WrenchStar Multi.
The TCI Multi has a web status page that allows you to monitor Ethernet properties, RF properties, message logging, and Key status. The web page reflects the latest Torque and Wrench Angle reading plus its Torque status (LO, OK and HI). LED lights show the real-time status of the key connection on the unit.
It is also possible to connect up to 5 crane transducers with the Rfm wireless connection device.
