The TCI (tool control interface) allows the user to connect a digital torque wrench to be used in assembly production. The WrenchStar Multi can be connected to the TCI with the push of a button.
Description
The TCI allows easy management, configuration and diagnosis of itself through web browsers and can be used as a standalone and jobs can be selected and results sent to a PC or web page. The unit accepts open protocol commands over Ethernet to select a job for use with the WrenchStar Multi.
The TCI has a web status page that allows you to monitor Ethernet properties, RF properties, message logging, and Wrench status. The web page reflects the latest Torque and Wrench Angle reading plus its Torque status (LO, OK and HI). LED lights show the real-time status of the key connection on the unit.
