MPT Hand Pallet Jack

The INOXTRUCK MPT Hand Pallet Jack is a manually operated stainless steel pallet jack designed for hygienic environments and daily cleaning. It has a nominal capacity of 3,300 lbs / 1,500 kg and uses a hand-operated hydraulic lever for lifting and lowering.

The open-fork, sanitizable design helps prevent the accumulation of product residue and allows the equipment to be cleaned thoroughly. Continuous welding seams are designed to remain free of impurities, while the open structure helps reduce bacteriological contamination and allows water to drain from the equipment.

The MPT is designed for minimal maintenance. All bearings are sealed and lubricated, and plastic bushings are used at the joints to eliminate greasing points. Instead of chains, the equipment uses a stainless steel cable with a plastic cover. The open structure also makes routine cleaning easier.

The pallet jack is manufactured entirely from AISI 304L stainless steel, including the hydraulic equipment. An AISI 316L stainless steel configuration is also available for applications requiring additional corrosion resistance. FDA-approved oil is used to support hygienic operation.

The ergonomic tiller has a 210-degree operating angle that helps reduce operator effort during lifting and travel. Controls for lowering, neutral, and lifting provide safe control of the forks during operation.

Nylon drive and load wheels support smooth movement, while the rounded fork tips make it easier to enter and position pallets.
