Zerust® / Excor® ICT®520-HS Heavy-duty VCI film is less likely to crack or tear compared to traditional polyethylene film, making it especially suitable for applications requiring demanding corrosion protection requirements. Use to protect export shipments and items that are heavy or have rough edges. Zerust ICT520-HS film is available in ferrous, non-ferrous and multi-metal corrosion protection formulations. Zerust Heavy Duty VCI Film is also available with flame retardant properties by special order.

Zerust VCI packaging film diffuses Zerust's patented VCIs (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors) to protect metals for years. Life Protection
Zerust-Excor provides effective corrosion protection for clean metals for years when used properly and used within three (3) years of receipt. Zerust-Excor product should be stored in the original packaging away from direct sunlight in conditions below 85 degrees. F (30°C) and 50% RH until ready to use.
