ICT510-SM Zerust VCI Adjustable Film
Zerust ® / Excor ® ICT510-SM VCI stretch film is a high quality cast packaging film product that protects ferrous metals from corrosion. The high tensile tension of the film allows it to be formed into an irregularly shaped object. Its superior stretch memory elastic ensures load stability in transit and tear resistance. Maintains a tight wrap even with some abrasion and random cuts. Use Zerust VCI stretch film to wrap pallet loads, packages, large items, or irregularly shaped metal items, such as gears or entire machines. Smaller rolls are also available for hand stretching applications.
Description
Zerust VCI pakcaging film diffuses proprietary Zerust VCIs (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors) to protect metals for years. Use Zerust VCI Film to protect metal components and assemblies, machined and cast parts, and more from rust and corrosion. For added protection and use in harsh environments, the gasket can be used with ZErust liquid corrosion inhibitor products and VCI diffusers.

Life Protection
Zerust-Excor provides effective corrosion protection for clean metals for years when used properly and used within three (3) years of receipt. Zerust-Excor product should be stored in the original packaging away from direct sunlight in conditions below 85 degrees. F (30°C) and 50% RH until ready to use.
