The patented nitrile compound passed the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) ASTM G21-96 (2002) test, is Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS), and is approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). Grade "A" has "excellent" properties for specialized food production applications.

Description
Its specially formulated antibacterial nitrile rubber compound is designed to withstand solutions used in a wide variety of food processing environments: vegetable oils, animal fats, citrus and fish oil.
