EPS10 Electronic Stacker

The INOXTRUCK EPS10 Electronic Stacker is an AISI 304L stainless steel stacker with proportional lifting and a nominal capacity of 2,200 lbs / 1,000 kg. It uses a single drive wheel, double castors, mechanical steering, tandem load wheels for crossing drains, polyurethane tires, and a gas-spring tiller head.

Its high-visibility AISI 304L stainless steel mast uses stainless steel and polyethylene rollers. A safety valve supports controlled load handling, while the open-fork design and continuous welds allow thorough cleaning and help prevent product residue from accumulating.

The hygienic design uses FDA-approved oil and curved or sloped surfaces to avoid dirt accumulation and allow water to drain. The stacker is designed for minimal maintenance with sealed bearings, no greasing points, and an open structure. AISI 316L stainless steel is also available.

For freezer environments, the EPS10 uses freezer-grade hydraulic oil and a temperature detector with a heater inside the sealed electronics box. External electronics have IP65 waterproof protection.

Safety features include an emergency stop and key or PIN access. The adjustable drive angle, vertical unlock for tight spaces, and ambidextrous tiller support ergonomic operation.
