This EPB Pulse Nutrunner is part of STANLEY's corded DC low-reaction pulse fastening platform, designed for ergonomic precision fastening applications.
The platform uses low reaction tightening via Pulse Mode to reduce felt reaction and operator fatigue while supporting high accuracy and productivity.
It integrates with STANLEY SC or QB controllers for power, data connectivity, MES integration, advanced error proofing including batch counting, common PLC protocols, full traceability, and Alpha Toolbox access for results and placing curve review.
The design uses yellow handles to differentiate pulse tools from direct-drive tooling and does not require oil changes or oil management associated with traditional pulse tooling.
