EMS600 Electro-Manual Stacker

The INOXTRUCK EMS600 Electro-Manual Stacker combines electric hydraulic lifting with manual travel and rear steering wheels. Built from AISI 304L stainless steel for hygienic environments and daily cleaning, it has a nominal capacity of 1,320 lbs / 600 kg, an ergonomic push frame, wheel brakes, upper limit sensors, and IP65 protection.

Continuous welds and an open, sanitizable fork help prevent product residue from accumulating and allow thorough cleaning. The open structure is designed to reduce bacteriological contamination, avoid dirt accumulation, and allow water to drain. FDA-approved oil supports hygienic operation.

The stacker is designed for minimal maintenance with sealed, lubricated bearings, plastic bushings that eliminate greasing points, and an open structure that is easy to clean. It is available in AISI 304L or AISI 316L stainless steel, including the hydraulic equipment.

External electronics have IP65 waterproof protection, while the remaining electronics are enclosed in a sealed box. Inclined handles support comfortable pushing and maneuvering.

Safety provisions include separate lift and lower buttons, protection in the event of an FDA-oil leak, rear wheel brakes, and a lift limit.
