EMS300 Electric Lifter
The INOXTRUCK EMS300 Electric Lifter is an AISI 304L stainless steel lifter for rolls, molds, and buggies. It has a nominal capacity of 660 lbs / 300 kg, electric lifting, manual travel with two rear steering wheels, an ergonomic push frame, wheel brakes, upper and lower limit controls, and IP65 protection.
The lifter supports two handling directions and uses adjustable load limits. Front wheel brakes and the rear steering wheels support safe, ergonomic maneuvering.
The EMS300 is manufactured in stainless steel, including the hydraulic equipment, and is designed for minimal maintenance. It uses sealed bearings, plastic bushings that eliminate greasing points, and a stainless steel cable with a plastic cover instead of chains.
The fully washable, open structure supports easy cleaning. External electronics have IP65 waterproof protection, FDA-approved oil is used, and the design helps avoid dirt accumulation and allows water to drain. An AISI 316L stainless steel configuration is available.
