EBT300D Drum Tipper
The INOXTRUCK EBT300D Drum Tipper is an AISI 304L stainless steel tipping system for drums. It has a nominal capacity of 660 lbs / 300 kg, hydraulic lifting, manual travel with two rear steering wheels, wheel brakes, a wired remote control, a safety valve, IP65 protection, and a tilt angle of up to 135 degrees.
Continuous welds and an open, sanitizable structure help prevent product residue from accumulating and allow thorough cleaning. The equipment is available in AISI 304L or AISI 316L stainless steel, including the hydraulic equipment.
External electronics have IP65 waterproof protection, while the remaining electronics are enclosed in a sealed box. Safety features include remote operation, a check valve, front wheel brakes, and a lift detector.
The remote can be operated from either side, and the wheel arrangement supports maneuvering. Sealed and lubricated bearings, plastic bushings that eliminate greasing points, and the open structure help minimize maintenance.
