EBT10S Bin Unloader
The INOXTRUCK EBT10S Bin Unloader is an AISI 304L stainless steel bin-handling system with hydraulic lifting and a nominal capacity of 2,200 lbs / 1,000 kg. Manual travel is supported by two rear steering wheels, and the unit includes wheel brakes, a wired remote control, a safety valve, IP65 protection, and a tilt angle of up to 115 degrees.
Continuous welds and an open, sanitizable structure help prevent product residue from accumulating and allow the equipment to be cleaned thoroughly. The equipment is available in AISI 304L or AISI 316L stainless steel, including the hydraulic equipment.
External electronics have IP65 waterproof protection, while the remaining electronics are enclosed in a sealed box. Safety features include remote operation, a check valve, front wheel brakes, and a lift detector.
The remote can be operated from either side, and the wheel arrangement supports maneuvering. Sealed and lubricated bearings, plastic bushings that eliminate greasing points, and the open structure help minimize maintenance.
