DST Control Buttons

For this we offer the DSE-10 control buttons with two technically different finishes:

• DSE-10-C/CS: Control panels to control DC chain hoists, trolleys and cranes with the innovative 'triState' interface.
• Available with 2-level pushbuttons (C) or with continuous pushbuttons (CS finish).
• DSE-10R: Control buttons with CAN-Bus interface, prepared for the safe control of DR cable hoists, trolleys and especially DR cranes with safety control based on CAN-Bus.

The two finishes convince together By:

• Specially ergonomic design of the control panel to work safely and without fatigue.
• Housing with high resistance to shocks and impacts
• Numerous accessories for use in harsh environments and to protect it from liquids and aggressive media.

DSE-10C/CS Control Buttons

• The printed circuit board with central connection (plug-in connection) makes internal wiring in the keypad box unnecessary.
• The casing is made of high quality thermoplastic material with high resistance to impacts and knocks.
• Protective insulation according to VDE 0100, part 410, section 6.2.
• Adjustment paths and actuation forces according to DIN 33 401, holding force < 8 N.
• The standard protection class is IP 65 in accordance with DIN VDE 0470 T.1 and EN 60 529.
• The casing is hardly flammable and resistant to weathering and corrosion.
• It is resistant to the action of fuels, seawater, fats, oils and lyes.
• Optional accessories: Silicone case with perfect fit to protect against humidity and aggressive media.
• The DSE 10C/CS control panels complete with part number are equipped with predefined designation labels.
• Denomination labels are self-adhesive and abrasion resistant. Arrow symbols correspond to FEM and ISO 15012

DSE-10R Control Buttons

• To direct the DR hoist through the CAN Bus interface.
• The characteristics of the casing and shape are like DSE 10C/CS.
• DSE-10R in different variants with 2-level pushbuttons or continuous pushbuttons for precise control of drives controlled by inverters.
• Infrared interface for all service provision.
• Integrated display to view operating and service data, e.g. ex.
• load indication incl. the indication of bars proportional to the load
• Load reduction display
• Symbol of the switching states of the universal outputs
• Display of trolley / crane selection
• Maintenance interval
• Safety function
• Extensive additional information menu (e.g. remaining service life, basic drive data, error memory)
