The BRF30PB-20 is a battery powered process monitoring blind rivet tool designed to improve productivity on critical applications.
It provides force and distance monitoring, supports up to 16 jobs, can operate standalone or integrate with MES, and directly supports Open Protocol, Modbus, ToolsNet, XML, and PFCS.
The tool includes a pressure switch for rivet seating, advanced error proofing including batch counting, onboard display for configuration and application observation, storage for 30,000 fastening curves and rundowns, and low-weight ergonomic cordless operation.
It can be used in three operating modes and supports optional barcode scanning for improved process traceability.
Typical listed applications include elevator applications, electrical switchgear applications, seating, airbag and passenger safety, soft top and truck bed installation, and trailer, bus and coach ancillaries.
