This BPB Pulse Nutrunner is part of STANLEY's cordless low-reaction pulse fastening platform, designed for portable ergonomic precision fastening applications.

The platform uses low reaction tightening via Pulse Mode to reduce felt reaction and operator fatigue while supporting high accuracy and productivity.

It supports MES integration through a STANLEY controller, advanced error proofing including batch counting, common PLC protocols when used with a controller, full traceability, and Alpha Toolbox access for results and placing curve review.

The design uses yellow handles to differentiate pulse tools from direct-drive tooling and does not require oil changes or oil management associated with traditional pulse tooling.

Typical applications listed for this family include engine dress and electronic module assembly, final assembly, seating, airbag and dashboard work, trailer, bus and coach ancillaries, whitegoods and HVAC assembly, and server assembly.
