Machine shops, metal assembly operations, and finishing companies use stackable plastic bags for temporary storage of oil-coated metal parts. These are generally processed and shipped within days, but there are exceptions that extend this to weeks or even months. The environment in most stores is dusty, smoky and humid, not ideal for storing metal parts. And, while oil is generally a good mold prevention, it attracts dust and dirt that forms a layer of contamination on the surface of the piece.
Description
Zerust ® Cover Bags ICT ® can avoid this problem by providing both corrosion prevention and barrier protection against dirt, dust, smoke and other contaminants. Zerust ICT Covers are made from Zerust ICT510-CLHD Film, which is specially blended to maximize strength and corrosion protection, but remain lightweight. The elastic bottom provides a secure fit and is designed for reuse.

Zerust-Excor provides effective corrosion protection for clean metals for years when used properly and used within three (3) years of receipt. Zerust-Excor product should be stored in the original packaging away from direct sunlight in conditions below 85 degrees. F (30°C) and 50% RH until ready to use.
