Zallys M5 Electric Tug

The Zallys M5 is a compact electric tug designed to tow wheeled loads up to 4,000 kg in tight industrial spaces. With pneumatic wheels, 5-level speed regulation, modular ballast options, and up to 8 hours of battery autonomy, it is ideal for moving industrial carts, airport trolleys, hospital carts, machinery, trailers, boats, caravans, and other heavy wheeled loads.

The Zallys M5 Electric Tug is built for safely and efficiently moving heavy wheeled loads without manual pushing or pulling. Its compact and agile design allows operators to maneuver loads in restricted spaces, making it a strong fit for warehouses, production areas, hospitals, airports, logistics facilities, workshops, and industrial environments where larger towing equipment may not be practical.

With a maximum towing capacity of 4,000 kg on flat surfaces, the M5 is designed to move a wide range of wheeled loads, including industrial carts, hospital and airport trolleys, machinery, trailers, tourist planes, boats, and caravans. Its pneumatic wheels allow for indoor and outdoor use, while the wide range of standard and customizable hooks makes it adaptable to different load types and trolley systems.

The M5 includes several built-in safety features, including a presence sensor and anti-crush button, helping operators maintain control during towing operations. The speed can be adjusted across 5 levels, allowing operators to slow down in tight spaces and increase speed when traveling longer distances.

A key feature of the M5 is its modular ballast system. Each ballast unit weighs 9.5 kg, allowing a single operator to add or remove weight depending on the towing application without needing external lifting equipment. This makes the M5 flexible for different loads, surfaces, and traction requirements.

The M5 can also be requested with ATEX and IECEx certifications for use in potentially hazardous or explosive environments. Like other Zallys vehicles, it is Made in Italy and CE certified for professional industrial use.
