Zallys JESPI Electric Flatbed Truck
The Zallys JESPI is a 4-wheel electric flatbed truck designed to transport loads up to 1,000 kg and tow carts up to 3,000 kg. With pneumatic wheels, 5-level speed adjustment, up to 8 hours of working autonomy, and indoor/outdoor usability, it is ideal for warehouses, industrial logistics, construction, offshore work, parks, airports, stations, and material transport applications.
The Zallys JESPI Electric Flatbed Truck is a compact, self-propelled material handling cart built to reduce manual load handling and make transport safer, faster, and easier for operators. It is designed to carry loads directly on its platform, making it useful for moving tools, equipment, crates, boxes, materials, and other heavy items across industrial, commercial, and outdoor environments.
The JESPI can carry up to 1,000 kg on its platform and can also tow carts up to 3,000 kg, giving it flexibility as both a transport cart and towing vehicle. It uses pneumatic wheels for indoor and outdoor use, offers 5 levels of speed adjustment, and can be configured with standard or customized platforms depending on the application.
For operator comfort, the JESPI includes an ergonomic tiller head with driving controls, horn, ignition key, LED display, speed selector, and anti-crush safety button. The tiller is designed to keep the main controls within reach and support longer work shifts with less strain on the operator.
The JESPI is equipped with two 130 Ah AGM batteries, giving it up to 8 working hours of continuous use. The batteries are sealed and maintenance-free, helping reduce downtime and daily service requirements. Its 5-level speed system allows operators to move slowly in tight spaces and increase speed for longer straight-line movement.
Safety is a key part of the JESPI design. Standard safety features include an anti-crush button, maintained-action controls, a dead-man sensor on the tillerbar, an electrobrake active when electrical current is absent, and a connector for power-supply interruption. Optional safety accessories include an emergency stop mushroom button and a numeric keypad in place of the ignition key.
The JESPI can be used across many industries, including industrial logistics, construction, offshore and oil, maintenance of green areas, and metallurgic applications. It is also available in a longer-frame JESPI L version for bulkier loads, with the same performance and technical characteristics but 500 mm more length for a larger platform.
