The tJRS threaded joint rate simulator is a fully automated joint simulator test bench based on a threaded fastener. It enables offline testing of assembly tools under realistic joint conditions, automatically backs off and resets after each rundown, and uses Crane OMS software to configure and recall joint conditions. The system supports torque, angle and impulse count measurements for accurate tool auditing, certification and quality control.
