The QB0101 is a QBE Node Controller within the STANLEY QBE Controller platform, designed for precision threaded fastening control with advanced process control and flexible system configuration.

 

QBE controllers support setup from the controller interface or through the browser-based Alpha Toolbox utility for strategy programming, fastening cycle and trace data collection, diagnostics, and integration support.

 

This model is configured as single spindle trailing node controller for multiple fixtured applications and is intended for controlled assembly applications using STANLEY Assembly Technologies tools.
