MS100 Manual Lifter
The INOXTRUCK MS100 Manual Lifter is an AISI 304L stainless steel lifter for rolls, molds, and film-forming tubes. It has a nominal capacity of 220 lbs / 100 kg, controlled hand lifting, manual travel, an ergonomic push frame, and wheel brakes.
The lifter supports two handling directions and uses adjustable load limits. Front wheel brakes support safe, ergonomic operation, while configurations with two or four castors are available for maneuvering and stability.
The MS100 is manufactured in stainless steel, including the hydraulic equipment, and is designed for minimal maintenance. It uses sealed bearings, plastic bushings that eliminate greasing points, and a stainless steel cable with a plastic cover instead of chains.
The fully washable, open structure supports easy cleaning. FDA-approved oil is used, and the design helps avoid dirt accumulation and allows water to drain. AISI 316L stainless steel, custom structure heights, and counterbalanced configurations are available.
