MPTS Weighing Pallet Jack

The INOXTRUCK MPTS Weighing Pallet Jack is a stainless steel pallet jack with four AISI 316L weighing cells for hygienic environments and daily cleaning. It has a nominal capacity of 2,200 lbs / 1,000 kg, a hand-operated hydraulic lever, nylon drive and load wheels, and rounded fork tips for easier pallet access.

The open-fork, sanitizable design helps prevent product residue from accumulating and allows the equipment to be cleaned thoroughly. Continuous welding seams are designed to remain free of impurities, while the open structure helps reduce bacteriological contamination and allows water to drain. FDA-approved oil supports hygienic operation.

The MPTS is designed for minimal maintenance. All bearings are sealed and lubricated, plastic bushings at the joints eliminate greasing points, and a stainless steel cable with a plastic cover is used instead of chains. The open structure also makes routine cleaning easier.

The equipment is manufactured entirely from AISI 304L stainless steel, including the hydraulic equipment, with an AISI 316L stainless steel configuration available. External electronics have IP65 waterproof protection, and the weighing frame is positioned inside to protect the weighing cells from impact during operation.

The ergonomic tiller has a 210-degree operating angle to help reduce operator effort during lifting and travel. Controls for lowering, neutral, and lifting provide safe control of the forks.
