EXT Electric Scissor

The INOXTRUCK EXT Electric Scissor is a stainless steel electric scissor lift pallet jack designed for hygienic environments and daily cleaning. It has a nominal capacity of 2,200 lbs / 1,000 kg, an ergonomic tiller with a gas spring, nylon drive and load wheels, and a 12V 40Ah GEL battery with an external charger.

Continuous welding seams and an open, sanitizable fork help prevent product residue from accumulating and allow thorough cleaning. The open structure is designed to reduce bacteriological contamination, avoid dirt accumulation, and allow water to drain. FDA-approved oil supports hygienic operation.

All external electronics have IP65 waterproof protection. The internal weighing frame is positioned to protect the cells from impact during use, while the equipment is manufactured entirely from AISI 304L stainless steel, including the hydraulic equipment. An AISI 316L stainless steel configuration is also available.

The EXT is designed for minimal maintenance with sealed, lubricated bearings and plastic bushings at the joints that eliminate greasing points. Its open structure also makes routine cleaning easier.

The tiller has a 210-degree operating angle to help reduce operator effort during lifting and travel. Controls for lowering, neutral, and lifting provide safe control of the forks.
