Welker has taken maintenance free bearing technology and applied it to automation component applications. Welker produces a line of lubrication free linear slides, gib assemblies and maintenance free shot pin units. These assemblies incorporate steel or aluminum components bonded with filled P.T.F.E to give strength and lubricity.

Welker offers a patented, compact pneumatic lifter that is freestanding, symmetrically reversible, rigid and can lift overhung loads. Lifters can be synchronized in pairs with Welker's patented synchronizing cylinder enabling 2 to 4 lifters to raise and lower together.

We have recently introduced a new rail slide that is well suited for dirty, corrosive operating environments. The pneumatic or electric slide is durable, powerful and requires no maintenance.
