ERROR PROOFING

PSI Controllers and Qualifiers provide reliable error proofing for most standard air tools including impact, impulse, and direct drive, without expensive and irreversible porting of the tool or using maintenance prone air signals.

STANDARD NUTRUNNERS

Stanley nutrunners offer all tool geometries, mounting options, and output types on all pneumatic and electric tools. Geometries include pistol, straight, angle, and offset. Mounting options include reaction bars, base mount brackets, flanges, and spring-loaded spindles. Output types include the industry-leading portfolio of crowfoot, tubenut, hold-n-drive, and flush socket heads. Stanley also delivers custom configurations to address extreme assembly challenges. Stanley pneumatic nutrunners include continuous drive and pulse types. Continuous drive nutrunners have either clutch or air shut off.

Wheelnut Multiples.

Speed the assembly of two or more bolts typical of motor vehicle and other wheel assemblies. The operator positions the multiple in an assembly station with aid of a balancer and overhead rail system. Units can have movable bolt centers to easily change between product types. Multiples can have spindles with different fastener sizes and torque levels.
