STRAIGHT OILS

Straight oils are needed for high lubricity. They are a complete package; no dilution with water necessary. They also provide a very good surface finish - the best finish of all fluid categories.

DoALL Bright-Edge 80
Bright-Edge 80 is a low viscosity oil specially formulated with anti-weld and lubricity agents. Combination of lower viscosity, high-penetrating ability, good heat removal, excellent lubricity, allows for heavy duty machining at faster speeds than normally achievable with cutting oils. The use of chlorine and sulfur extreme pressure additives provides for increased tool life and better surface finishes. This product is not recommended for use with materials susceptible to sulfur staining.

DoALL Bright-Edge 150
Bright-Edge 150 is a low viscosity oil specially formulated with anti-weld and lubricity agents. This product contains no sulfur and is non-staining to most non-ferrous metals. The combination of low-medium viscosity, good wetting characteristics and high film strength permits faster machining rates on mild steels and aluminum alloys. The formulation and viscosity of Bright-Edge 150 makes it ideal for general machining of most ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

DoALL Bright-Edge 240
Bright-Edge 240 is a low-medium viscosity oil specially formulated with chlorine and sulfur extreme pressure additives, lubricating and wetting agents. The combination of the low-medium viscosity and premium EP (Extreme Pressure) package makes it ideal for tough machining applications. Best for use with ferrous metals, stainless steel and super alloys. Bright Edge 240 offers the longest tool life and best surface finishes available.
